Terms: Gateway Languages

- Services must be paid in full 5 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 3 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled more than 7 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If a course is cancelled between 4 and 7 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 4 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 2 week tuition

Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed between and days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- week tuition
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Come posso prenotare un corso di lingue o un alloggio?
 
Prenotare con noi è molto semplice. Devi solamente andare sul link della scuola a cui sei interessato. Dalla maschera di ricerca, dove trovi "CORSO" e poi INIZIO , seleziona il periodo in cui vorresti frequentare il corso. Seleziona in seguito il numero di settimane di corso.

Successivamente, seleziona il corso che desideri frequentare, puoi aggiungere servizi opzionali come l'alloggio e il trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto. Se vorresti aggiungere questi servizi aggiuntivi, devi andare più in fondo alla pagina e troverai la sezione degli ALLOGGI. Seleziona le opzioni per il tipo di alloggio che desideri (non devi selezionare qui le date se sono uguali a quelle del corso - verranno selezionate automaticamente).
Infine, hai anche un'altra opzione di scelta, il TRASFERIMENTO. Questa opzione ti permette di prenotare un mezzo di trasporto che verrà a prenderti all'aeroporto e ti accompagnerà presso il tuo residence o alloggio in famiglia.

Una volta selezionate tutte queste opzioni, sul lato destro dello schermo, troverai un riepilogo della tua prenotazione con tutte le informazioni sul corso e l'alloggio, insieme al loro prezzo. Inoltre, il deposito da pagare verrà visualizzato in questa sezione. Dovrai solamente cliccare sul Pulsante Arancione - PRENOTA ORA che ti porterà in un'altra pagina in cui dovrai inserire i tuoi dati personali. Quando iniziano i corsi?
 Le date di inizio dei corsi di lingue intensivi e standard sono generalmente flessibili. Se hai qualche conoscenza di base della lingua, potrai iniziare il corso in qualsiasi lunedì dell'anno in quasi tutte le scuole. Se sei un principiante assoluto, i corsi iniziano generalmente una o due volte al mese.
E' necessario essere consapevoli che le scuole di lingue hanno molti più studenti a Luglio e Agosto che durante ogni altro periodo dell'anno, il che vuol dire che le tariffe dei corsi, i prezzi degli alloggi e il costo complessivo della vita sono spesso più alti durante questo periodo. Se vorresti prenotare un corso a Luglio o Agosto, dovresti farlo con molto anticipo: le scuole hanno posti limitati e potrebbero essere prenotati meglio in anticipo per l'alta stagione. Le opportunità di ottenere il tipo di alloggio che preferisci sono inoltre molto elevate se prenoti in anticipo il tuo corso. Le possibilità di alloggiare vicino alla scuola sono difficili da assicurare in estate e le disponibilità tendono ad esaurirsi velocemente.
I corsi di lingue durante la bassa stagione (da Settembre a Giugno) non solo sono più economici ma hanno inoltre classi più piccole. Se hai la possibilità di prenotare i tuoi corsi durante questo periodo, saranno più economici e potrai avere un alloggio migliore, dato che la domanda è minore.
