General English Plus

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- No refunds are given for cancellations whatsoever.


Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed between and days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

1. Corso tasse sono da pagare 14 giorni prima dell'inizio delle lezioni
2. Lo studente si impegna ad assistere e partecipare attivamente a un minimo di 80% delle classi.
3. La scuola si riserva il diritto di posticipare il corso o ridurre il numero di lezioni a causa di insufficiente numero di studenti.
4. Banca spese sono per il conto studenti
5. La scuola non darà nessun rimborso delle tasse scolastiche o posizionamento di una volta che lo studente ha iniziato il suo corso.
6. Le prenotazioni non sono trasferibili
