- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee

Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Politica di rimborso: È rimborsata 100% dell'importo pagato per le spese istituzionali, meno sia una tassa non rimborsabile di $100 e una penale di $200, se la cancellazione viene effettuata attraverso la partecipazione alle sessioni di prima classe o il settimo giorno dopo l'iscrizione, se successiva.

Se dopo la cancellazione della suddetta scadenza, la politica di rimborso per gli studenti che hanno completato il 60% o meno del periodo di frequenza deve essere un rimborso pro rata, una penale di $200 e tassa STRF
