- Services must be paid in full 15 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

Other Terms

ETÀ minima: La scuola accetta studenti meno di 18 anni solo sotto la supervisione e la responsabilità legale dei loro genitori.
NUMERO minimo: La scuola si riserva il diritto di offrire un corso alternativo di uguale valore in caso di insufficiente applicazioni.
Giorni festivi: No lezioni avrà luogo nei giorni festivi. Nessun rimborso sarà fatto per queste lezioni.
LINGUA delle lezioni – tutte le nostre lezioni e le attività sono condotte in italiano se non diversamente specificato.
