Intensive group courses

- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 15 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled between 29 and 15 days before course start: % refund

In caso di rinuncia, il partecipante subiranno le seguenti ammende calcolate la quota di partecipazione intera: un) fino a 30 giorni di preavviso dall'inizio del corso: rimborso tranne banca spese e tasse di registrazione completo.
b) cancellazione tra 29 e 15 giorni dall'inizio del corso: fine del 50% della somma totale, più le spese di iscrizione tassa e banca.
c) nessun rimborso per cancellazioni da 14 giorni prima dell'inizio del corso
