Portuguese Private Classes

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 14 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled between 21 and 29 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled between 28 and 15 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 14 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Visa Refusal

- No refunds are given for Visa refusal whatsoever.


Other Terms

Payments may be made by bank transfer and must be received in full 14 days prior to the course start date.
Payment must include all bank transfer charges (including intermediary bank charges).

Payment must be received in full prior to any visa documents being issued. There is a charge of USD 50 each time documents have to be issued.
