- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- A cancellation fee of € applies when a course is cancelled less than 20 week/s before the course commencement date.

Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- week tuition
- registration fee
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Il saldo dovuto dovrà essere pagato entro le 48 ore prime dell'inizio del corso. Dopo questo termine, una sovrattassa di ritardato pagamento del 10% verrà aggiunto al totale dovuto equilibrio. Mancato pagamento del corso dopo 72 ore dall'inizio del corso verrà automaticamente annullata corso dello studente e ha più non sarà ammessi al corso. Nessun rimborso sarà effettuato.
