- Services must be paid in full 3 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee

Bonifico bancario deve essere fatto con il 20% dell'importo totale un mese prima direttamente per l'Hotel Casa Anita. Deve essere indicato chiaramente il nome e cognome della persona che si iscrive e la data del completamento del corso, così che c'è una corretta identificazione.L'importo totale dell'offerta educativa (meno la somma depositata nel concetto di riserva) dovrà essere pagato tramite bonifico bancario prima dell'inizio del corso o in contanti durante i primi tre giorni del soggiorno.
