The Super Intensive course is meant to help you deepen your learning experience and to accomplish a higher level of proficiency of the Spanish language in a shorter time. You will improve your learning experience following the regular syllabus and with more lessons per week you will be able to work on your weak points and other topics of interest. •The school is located in the town of Manuel Antonio, right accross from the town´s public school. It has 10 cozy classrooms and 6 computers with internet access, a telephone for receiving international phone calls and manages classes of maximum 8 students. Terms: COINED Manuel Antonio Spanish School

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- A cancellation fee of € 75 USD enrollment fee is not refunded and a fine of the 30% (thirty) of the total amount of the booking is charged applies when a course is cancelled less than 2 week/s before the course commencement date.

Visa Refusal

- No refunds are given for Visa refusal whatsoever.


Other Terms

• All refunds have a 10% (ten) administrative surcharge of the total amount repaid and are done through the same method of payment used by the participant.
• Up to 4 (four) weeks prior to arrival or course initial date. The USD 75 (seventy five American dollars) enrollment fee and any other amount paid will be refunded.
• Between 2 (two) to 4 (four) weeks prior to arrival or course initial date. A USD 150 (a hundred and fifty American dollars) will be withheld.
