- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled between 8 and 14 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 7 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- No refunds are given for Visa refusal whatsoever.

Corso, spese di alloggio, tasse di registrazione e tasse di trasferimento bancario devono essere pagati in pieno 14 giorni prima dell'inizio del corso al fine di completare l'arruolamento e garantire l'alloggio.
Le prenotazioni non sono trasferibili. Si prega di notare che oltre al vostro corso, spese di alloggio, spese di trasferimento aeroporto, vi è una tassa di iscrizione di £35 a persona – questo vale solo per il primo corso nella scuola. C'è anche una spesa di £15 tassa di trasferimento bancario, se si paga di BACS.
